Champagne, Chocolate & Waterfalls

With a 11am departure from your resort, we cruise south along the coast line with scenic stops at Marigot Bay (Home of Dr. Doolittle), Anse La Raye (Popularly known for its Fish Friday Festival), Canaries (a tranquil fishing village) & Anse Chastanet to our destination of Soufriere, the original capital of St. Lucia.

We disembark to quick taxi ride up the mountain to the Rabot Estate where we will find Project Chocolat hidden in the rainforest.  You will discover "Bean to Bar" experience, created especially for chocolate lovers who would like to gain delicious insider knowledge. Taste cacao pulp from a freshly-cut pod and learn from the experts what it takes to transform roasted cacao beans into your very own chocolate bar. (experience approx. 1 hour)

We then head down the mountain to the Piton Waterfalls where we are surrounded by mountains and rainforest for a dip into the warm, rejuvenating, volcanic spring waterfall and plunge pools.  Afterwards, we continue to the famous Sugar Beach, Nestled between the majestic Piton Mountains for some fun snorkeling.

After snorkeling, we will take a 5 minute boat ride to Malgretoute Beach for a home made Creole style lunch that will immerse you into the island's culture.

Finally, as we return back to your resort, we will visit the famous Bat Cave of Soufriere and reenergize in the Caribbean Sunset with champagne, cocktails and music.

All Fun, Boat Transportation, Food and Drinks are included in this +-6 hour adventure.

Any guest not staying at a beach front resort may be required obtain their own transportation to a agreeable boat departure point or Clear Water Tours can provide this service for an additional fee.

Plenty of sunscreen, Water Shoes, Dark colored Bathing Suits and Towels are recommended.
